The last instruction tells you what to look for in the entries eventually left over, one per Column - this is the Solution. (This puzzle is known as an 'elimination puzzle'.) To "beam out"/eliminate someone or something, cross them out with a pencil. A reasonable knowledge of the show is needed. Common pitfalls are not following instructions precisely or in order.

TRANSPORT INSTRUCTIONS (there are 10 instructions in all):
1. Beam out all Alpha Quadrant species from the Shuttlebay.
2. Beam out all the dead crew from Column E, in photon torpedo casings (body or not) draped with the Starfleet flag.
3. Eliminate all opera in Sickbay. Disabling the Doctor's singing subroutines will provide peace and quiet for the patients.
4. Due to Tuvok's concerns about a Maquis mutiny, beam out all the male Maquis crew from the Bridge and Engineering.
5. Beam out Neelix and his culinary concoctions from the Messhall. Tom Paris: "This may save us from Neelix's pleeka rind casserole after all." Janeway: "We'll all thank you for that."
6. Beam out all non-adults in Column B to a shuttle piloting lesson with Tom Paris.
7. Beam out all species and individuals that start with the letter V.
8. Beam all females to a party hosted by Tomin the fun-loving Kadi Ambassador. Don't expect them back until past midnight.
9. Take all holograms offline.
10. Beam out all male crew from the Ready Room. In [#34 Death Wish], a member of the Q Continuum removed all males with just a click of his fingers, but you must use the transporter.
