In [#162 Workforce, Part 1], the Delta Flyer returns from a trade mission to find Voyager damaged and adrift.

Kim, Neelix, and Chakotay have been on a five-day trade mission with the Nar Shaddan, travelling in the Delta Flyer, whose cargo hold is crammed with valuable supplies.

During the return journey, in the aft compartment, Kim complains to Neelix because he feels ill after drinking Falah nectar, made from a meat by-product, which Neelix insisted he try. Neelix replicates leola bark tea to settle his stomach but Kim says it smells worse than meat nectar.

At that moment Chakotay calls them into the cockpit because they have reached the rendezvous co-ordinates and Voyager is not there.

When they locate Voyager, they find the ship adrift. Later, when Neelix and Chakotay investigate what happened to the crew, so that there is no association with Voyager, no Voyager shuttlecraft is used, and that includes the Delta Flyer. Instead, Neelix and a disguised Chakotay travel to Quarra in Neelix's ship Baxial.
