In [#111 The Disease], Tuvok pursues the errant Kim in the Delta Flyer.

Kim and his lover, a Varro woman named Derran Tal, rendezvous in a Type-9 shuttlecraft and fly to a nearby nebula to spend some time together. By doing so, Kim is acting against Janeway's express order to terminate the relationship.

Tuvok in the Delta Flyer tracks them down and orders them both to return to Voyager.

Tal and Kim in a shuttlecraft are interrupted by the computer alert indicating someone is hailing
