STANDARD STARFLEET DOCKING PORT USS Voyager has three docking ports, all located on the ship's upper hull also known as the primary hull. There is one in the centre at the front, and two more symmetrically placed with one on the starboard side and one on the port side.

The standard Starfleet docking system was developed by Chiokis Starship Construction Corporation. The system was adopted by Starfleet in 2211, and is in use on all Federation major vessels and shuttlecraft. It was designed to free large hangar decks from V.I.P., personnel and small cargo transfers, because these occurred so frequently that they taxed the lifespans of the hangar pressurisation and depressurisation systems. In addition, the docking port enabled supply layover time to be reduced and boarding personnel can reach their shipboard destinations more quickly, although in [#3 Parallax], despite the need to reach the bridge quickly, Janeway's shuttlecraft landed in the shuttlebay. location of the starboard docking port

Externally each docking port has a refuelling system for Federation travel pods and shuttlecraft. EVA (extra-vehicular activity) handgrips and docking lights surround the exterior port. An auto-dock system surrounding the docking port ensures first-time success in docking. Once the ring latches are securely fastened, a mechanism within the starship opens the shuttlecraft doors so that personnel can alight.

Provided one starts at the correct place in the Jefferies tube network, one can reach environmental control on deck 12 using only that network by the following route:

Take Jefferies tube 11. Take a left at section 31 and straight down past the tractor beam emitter until you hit deck 10. Get out at section 3 and follow the corridor all the way around until you hit the shuttlebay, then crawl through access port 9, go past three airlocks and then two decks down, environmental controls at the end of the hall.
Edited quotes from [#54 Macrocosm]
(There are two tractor beam emitters, located on deck 14 in the fore and aft of the engineering hull.) The route directions include "go past three airlocks", therefore the ship has at least three airlocks. As they occur in the directions not long after the shuttlebay, they must be in addition to the port and starboard docking ports. The "three airlocks" must also in addition to the two airlock doors on the upper part of Voyager's 'spine' (see Detailed Exterior Ship's Tour: Page 2: Voyager's 'spine', aft of the bridge since going past those would be ridiculously out of the way for the route quoted above (in which the Doctor is trying to reach deck 12, which is in the lower part of the engineering hull, and he started at sickbay, though the route directions themselves do not start at sickbay but probably near it).
