On each side of one of the biobeds is a hatch into the Jefferies tube system, although this one, on the righthand side of the bed, is the only one ever seen in use. [#157 Shattered]

This biobed and immediate surroundings is shown in a Star Trek film, I believe it is [Star Trek: First Contact], as the sickbay of the Enterprise-E.
