On each side of one of the biobeds is a hatch into the Jefferies tube system, although this one, on the righthand side of the bed, is the only one ever seen in use.

This biobed and immediate surroundings is shown in a Star Trek film, I believe it is [Star Trek: First Contact], as the sickbay of the Enterprise-E.
