A shuttlecraft (the Type-12 shuttlecraft, called Cochrane after Zefram Cochrane the inventor of warp drive technology, and piloted by Tom Paris) exits Voyager's shuttlebay. As it jumps to warp, Voyager does the same.

NAMES AND NUMBERS OF SHUTTLECRAFT
In keeping with Starfleet tradition, many of Voyager's shuttlecrafts carry individual names in addition to their Starfleet registry numbers. Not all the names have been recorded by Starfleet as the names are not always used. Named shuttlecraft include:
SACAJAWEA, named for the Shoshone Red Indian woman (who also appeared on 1 dollar coins of North America at the turn of the second millennium AD). This was a Type 6 shuttlecraft in which Janeway and Chakotay crashlanded on a planet in [Coda].
DRAKE, named for the explorer. Harry Kim was aboard this shuttlecraft when he was thrown into an alternate reality depicted in [#22 Non Sequitur].
COCHRANE, a re-designed Type 9 shuttlecraft fitted with an experimental transwarp design for Tom Paris' historic transwarp flight in 2372 [Threshold]. It was crewed by Torres and Paris in 2374 on a mission which failed to recover Voyager's ejected warp-core but was destroyed by Caatati weapons fire, although fortunately Torres and Paris beamed out immediately before its destruction [#71 Day Of Honor].
