The engineer's office is located on Deck 11, according to Communicator, but this is not seen. TOSTFF also calls the main science lab "the chief engineer's office", but the main science laboratory is on Deck 8 Section 22, as noted in [#96 Drone]. Presumably therefore the science lab is a workspace area which is principally used by the chief engineer, but in order to keep in with Communicator as well, we should surmise that the chief engineer's office is on Deck 11. That would be logical since it would be close to main engineering. Communicator states that the "engineer's office" is on Deck 11 which, by dint of not mentioning the "chief engineer's office", indicates that they mean "chief engineer's office".
Immediately behind the bridge is an area which contains two escape pods, spacesuit lockers, an airlock, a small office space, and a weapons locker. I believe that the office space comprises an office each for the First Officer and for the Security/Tactical Officer, as their offices each have a window onto space (as shown in ship's drawings) and it seems probable that, being some of the most senior officers, their offices would be located close to the bridge enabling them to reach the bridge promptly if needed.
