One of the ways a Hirogen ship and crew capture prey:
The Hirogen ship uses a tractor beam on Voyager's shuttlecraft.
After the tractor beam pulls in the shuttlecraft very close to the Hirogen ship...
...the tractor beam is disengaged and a paralysis beam hits the shuttlecraft.
The paralysis beam hits the shuttlecraft.
The crew are knocked unconscious and thus powerless to resist...
....and wake up to find themselves trussed and ready for gutting.
The following refer to the model of Hirogen ship that captures Tuvok and Seven in [Hunters] and also boarded by a USS Voyager away team in [Prey].

Large nets traditionally hang from the ceilings of Hirogen command centres. They are used to display trophies, usually the bones and any noteworthy internal organs of killed prey.
The main doorway into the command centre.
In front and slightly to either side of the main doorway are two tanks containing enzymes that break down the flesh of killed prey. "Either that or it's lunch," remarks Chakotay during a Voyager away team's examination of such an enzyme tank in another Hirogen vessel.
Side door which leads from the command centre to other parts of the ship.
Stalagmite-shaped pillars of varying sizes are located in several places throughout the command centre. They taper to a clear and needle-like point at the bottom and have a piercing quality of menace. Larger versions of these pillars are incorporated within the command centre's overall structural design and reach from ceiling to floor. The purpose of the smaller versions of these pillars is unknown but could have a symbolic ornamental function.
The primary control globe is located at the foot of the large central viewscreen. At its peak is a small flat circular surface with three green lights and seven control sticks. Each stick is lifted or depressed in order to activate the various controls.
Hunt weapons, which the Hirogen use to kill prey, adorn the walls. The display may include any weapons of particular note of downed prey.
