[#1 and #2 Caretaker] Neelix encounters two opposing starship crews who are pulled into the Delta Quadrant an extraordinary 70,000 miles across the galaxy in the Alpha Quadrant. When the two very different crews join forces to search for missing crewmembers, Neelix offers his help and becomes involved in an adventure with the violent Kazon and the powerful being known as the Caretaker. This episode introduces the relationship between Neelix and Kes.

[#5 Phage] Aliens attack Neelix, forcing the Doctor to constrain him in a life support system. He will die unless the aliens can be found and made to repair the damage.

[#6 The Cloud] USS Voyager re-enters a non-corporeal space-dwelling lifeform in order to repair damage inadvertently caused earlier. When the imperilled ship goes into freefall, Neelix's contributes in his own unique way....by thinking first about the crew's morale. This episode is important because in it one of Neelix's major roles aboard ship commences.

[#15 Jetrel] * Neelix's tragic past catches up with him when he is forced to confront the enemy scientist who massacred his family. At the same time, he is compelled to confront the truth about himself.

[#18 Elogium] When Kes suddenly becomes prematurely fertile, her relationship with Neelix comes under strain as Neelix considers becoming a father.

[#19 Twisted] With USS Voyager physically distorted by a space phenomenon so that the crew are unable to find their way around the ship, Neelix attempts to deal with his jealousy as he increasingly fears that Tom Paris is making a move on Kes.

SEASON 2

[#23 Parturition] * Neelix suspects Paris of having romantic designs on Kes and it leads to an open fight between the two males. Shortly afterwards, Neelix and Paris are sent on an away mission together but crash on an environmentally hostile planet. There they discover a newborn alien. Grievances about Kes are aired, but the pair must work together if they are to save the alien infant and escape the planet.

[#36 Investigations] * After launching his shipwide news and entertainment show, Neelix turns sleuth as he tracks down a traitor aboard Voyager, an undertaking that is fraught with danger including a battle for very survival.

SEASON 3

[#47 False Profits] Neelix's life is endangered during an encounter with two Ferengi who are using 24th century technology to exploit a pre-warp society.

[#54 Macrocosm] Neelix proves most useful during a mission to the Tak Tak, but when he and Janeway return to Voyager they find it mysteriously adrift with no apparent sign of the crew.

[#55 Fair Trade] USS Voyager is about to travel beyond the limit of Neelix's knowledge. Whilst the Voyager crew try to obtain supplies ready for their journey into the vast unknown Nekrit Expanse, Neelix has his own, secret priorities - obtain a map, and try to keep an old Talaxian friend out of trouble.

[#61 Rise] * Neelix and Tuvok attempt o rescue a group of alien colonists. But they learn there is a murderer amongst them. It puts the pair's resourcefulness to the test as they race to complete the rescue before they too are murdered.

SEASON 4

[#80 Mortal Coil] Neelix is killed by a strike from a stellar phenomenon and resurrected using modified Borg nanoprobes. But he is less than grateful as he starts to question his people's beliefs about the afterlife and the usefulness of his prolonged existence.

SEASON 5

[#99 Once Upon A Time] Ensign Samantha Wildman is one of the crew of the Delta Flyer trapped within it and trapped beneath a planet's surface. Whilst the Voyager crew mount a difficult and dangerous rescue mission, Neelix is responsible for looking after his god-daughter, little Naomi Wildman.

[#115 Juggernaut] Neelix beams aboard a damaged Malon freighter as part of an away team racing against time to prevent a cataclysmic explosion.

SEASON 6

[#126 Riddles] Tuvok is physically attacked by a mysterious lifeform. When he emerges from a coma without his Vulcan logic, Neelix takes responsibility for looking after him, and the pair form a close and unusual bond.

[#145 The Haunting Of Deck Twelve] As USS Voyager implements a planned power shutdown, Neelix takes charge of the children on board (Naomi Wildman and the four children who were formerly Borg). He tells them a story about what happened when the ship encountered a mysterious non-corporeal lifeform. But is the story true?

SEASON 7

[#167 Friendship One] Away teams trace the old Earth probe called Friendship One to a planet, where they find it malfunctioned, resulting in a nuclear winter. Neelix is one of three Voyager crewmembers seized by the hostile natives who accuse them of causing the radiation that has ruined their lives.

[#169 Homestead] * Neelix visits a group of Talaxians of an asteroid colony and meets a beautiful Talaxian woman. When the colony is threatened, Neelix realises that he and Baxial (his own little starship) can help.
