"When my character first came on (in [#1 Caretaker, Part One]) there was this real rebel side. Over the years he's naturally become more of a team player and much more responsible. That's been a great progression. But it's fun to play those original qualities. It's fun to play the bad guy. It's the Paris that we know now as the good guy but he has a secret. Everybody still thinks he's a good guy but he gets to cause trouble. The character's name is Steth and he's sort of romping around."

"It's a homage to 'Face Off', the movie, with Nicholas Cage and John Travolta."

"He has to play his character as Paris in his body. I think he plays Janeway in his body for a little bit too. He has a tough role to play. He's doing a really great job."

Dan Butler: " Jeri, who plays Seven of Nine, had a difficult focus problem. She'd stare at my nostrils and this. It's up to you what this is supposed to be."

Jeri Ryan: "He's got a nose right there and a nose right here (gestures), and I look in his nostrils which were throwing me off. He's like a magnet - you just look right at it. Of course, he's doing this and blowing both noses which doesn't make things any easier!"
