Only Jeri (Ryan)'s hair changed. It's her regular make-up that she always wears as Seven of Nine, but instead of the French twist the hair is let down to give her a softer look. Once the eyepieces are glued on they just sit there, but she doesn't really like to have to wear the hand all day. I don't blame her. As Annika she doesn't have to wear the hand, so she's thrilled!

Michael Westmore, on the make-up for Kate Mulgrew, Roxann Dawson and Tim Russ: They just sat there. Roxann actually goes to sleep. Tim sits and jokes around as he usually does, and Kate usually kind of meditates. If they did have any problems, they didn't make it evident to anybody! You'll find with a lot of the actors they really enjoy doing something different and getting into the skin of another being or person. This allowed Kate and Roxann and Tim to literally become another character.

In [#146 and #147 Unimatrix Zero], Voyager's Starfleet officers Janeway, Torres and Tuvok got their own new Borg suits after being assimilated by the Borg.
