SUMMARY: Geneviève Bujold, a famous Academy Award-winning film actress, was originally cast as Captain Janeway. During her tenure, Janeway's first name became 'Nicole'. However, three days into filming and on the second day of filming her scenes, she proved to be unsuitable and quit the role.
