Catarina's Portrait By Leonardo da Vinci

Leonardo da Vinci was famous for the gesture of pointing a finger heavenwards. He is believed to be depicted, in the character of Plato (pictured left), by Raphael in his fresco "The School of Athens" in the Room of the Segnatura.
