note the portrait, [#16 Learning Curve]; it is not known who the subjects are of the several portraits seen in the holoprogram; it is speculative, though plausible, that one, maybe this centrally placed one, is of an important ancestress of the proprietress, maybe even the first family member to own Chez Sandrine over 600 years before

Torres is standing by the holodeck controls which are located behind an access panel in the upper central part of the wooden panelling to the left of the main entrance as viewed from inside the holo-bar, [#19 Twisted]
