Paris: "Aye, Captain." Voyager, anti-Borg armour deployed, enters the transwarp hub. |  |
 | Reports and commands run through the Borg Collective: "Voyager has entered aperture eight two three, access transwarp corridor zero nine. Redirect vessels to intercept at subjunction-" |  |
 | Suddenly the Collective voice falters and degenerates into a cacophony of jumbled words and phrases, meaningless echoes and overlays. Sparks fly from damaged equipment in the Borg Queen's chamber. The Borg Queen stumbles, overcome by the mass confusion in her mind. |

 | With an effort, the Admiral manages to remark knowingly: "Must be something you assimilated."
Borg Queen: "What have you done?" Admiral Janeway: "I thought we didn't need words to understand each other." Borg Queen: "You've infected us, with a neurolytic pathogen." Admiral Janeway: "Just enough to bring chaos to order." |
On Voyager's bridge Seven reports: "The Admiral's succeeded, Captain. Conduits shielding is destabilising."
Captain Janeway: "Now, Mr Tuvok!"

 | Voyager fires a spread of three transphasic torpedoes. |

 Voyager in one of the conduits of the transwarp hub. |
 | The transphasic torpedoes detonate. |  |
