Voyager arrives.
Tuvok: "They're raising shields."
Janeway: "Stand by with those command codes. Open a channel." Communication between Voyager and the Lokirrim patrol ship is established. "This is Captain Kathryn Janeway. We don't want a fight. Return my people and we'll be on our way."
Ranek: "Your people were caught transporting a photonic and biogenic material."
Janeway: "We don't want to disable your ship but we will if we have to."

	As contact ends, Chakotay enters the command codes to disable the Lokirrim ship which Seven has obtained.
	On the Bridge of the Lokirrim ship Jaryn reports: "We're losing our vessel's shield grid." Ranek: "Compensate." Jaryn: "I'm trying. They've tapped into the shield matrix. They're using your command authorisation!" Ranek activates some controls. On Voyager Tuvok reports: "They're rerouting power. He's tying their shields directly into the warp matrix." Ranek informs Voyager: "If you fire on us you'll trigger a core breach. You'll be killing the people you're here to rescue." Janeway: "End transmission. Tractor beam."
	As Voyager's tractor beam takes hold, Ranek gives the order: "Full reverse. Target their emitters." On Voyager Tuvok reports: "They've broken free."

Janeway: "Chakotay, can you send a comms signal directly to Seven's cortical node?" Chakotay makes the link and Janeway sends the following signal which only the Doctor (in Seven) can hear: "Doctor, if you can hear me, we need your help. Try to disable their shields."

Seven extends her Borg tubules into the Doctor's mobile emitter. 175Kb.

The Doctor is transferred from Seven to his mobile emitter and activates. 147Kb.

The Doctor downloads himself out of Seven's cybernetic systems into his mobile emitter. Seeing this Jaryn observes: "It's a photonic." Seven knocks over a Lokirrim crewmember, grabs their weapon and gives it to the Doctor: "Cover me." The Doctor aims the weapon at those in front of him: "Stay back. I'm not afraid to use this."

Ranek fires towards Seven's position. Ranek orders Seven: "Step away."

	As Seven does so Jaryn notices: "She destabilised the shield grid. It's failing." Ranek hands his weapon to Jaryn ordering her: "Watch them." He moves to the console and starts working the controls.
	Seven, understanding what he is trying to do, warns: "If you try to re-initialise the grid it'll overload. We could all die."
	Doctor: "Ranek, don't!"

The console explodes and Ranek is hurled backwards onto the floor where he lies, critically injured. As the Doctor moves towards the fallen Ranek, Jaryn orders: "Stay back." Doctor: "I'm a doctor. Let me help."

On Voyager Tuvok reports: "Their shields are down. I have a lock." Janeway signals the Lokirrim ship: "Away team, stand by for transport." Doctor: "I have injured here, Captain. I can't leave yet."

The Doctor crouches down to face Jaryn who is bent over the fallen figure of Ranek. "He'll die without immediate surgery. I know this is difficult to grasp, but I'm the person you've been getting to know the last few days. My program was in control of Seven's body." Jaryn: "You're lying." Doctor: "I know you have feelings for Ranek. If he dies, you're never going to forgive yourself."
