On the Bridge the officers are looking with broad smiles at the main viewscreen which shows the wormhole.
Janeway: "What's our distance, Tom?"
Paris: "2,000 kilometres and closing. Goodbye, Delta Quadrant."

Kim: "No more Hirogen hunting parties, Malon garbage scows...."

Paris: "This time tomorrow it'll be Cardassians, Romulans, Ferengi..."

The comm. signal sounds. comms. signal
Chakotay, via comms: Chakotay to the Bridge.
Janeway, via comms: "Go ahead." I've spoken to Seven of Nine. We're putting her into stasis."
Janeway, via comms: "Well, make it fast. We don't want the Borg to crash our welcome home party."

Seven enters the cargo bay, accompanied by Chakotay and the two security guards. She claims: "I need to adjust my regeneration parameters." They accept this and allow her to go to the computer console. She asks, to stall them: "How long will I remain inactive?"
Chakotay: "A couple of hours to be on the safe side."

Seven notices that Naomi is still in hiding on the other side of the cargo bay.

Seven presses some controls on the console. Suddenly she moves away and a forcefield springs up around Chakotay and the security guards!

Chakotay's phaser fails to penetrate the forcefield.

From her hiding place where she is watching, Naomi is taken aback.

Chakotay uses the com. system to contact the Bridge: "Security alert!"
Seven summons Naomi from hiding. "Naomi Wildman!"
Naomi gets up and comes over.
Janeway, via comms: "Security's on their way, Chakotay. What happened?"
Chakotay, via comms: "Seven's trapped us behind some kind of Borg forcefield."
Janeway tells Tuvok: "Try to disable it." And he leaves the Bridge for the cargo bay.
Chakotay: "Naomi, go back to your quarters."
Naomi's loyalties are divided but she decides to trust Seven.
Seven: "Pay attention to me. If this indicator begins to flash, enter the following series of commands. Watch carefully."
Chakotay: "Naomi!"
Seven: "Do you understand?"
Naomi: "Yes."

Chakotay: "Naomi, I'm giving you a direct order. Step away from the console."
The indicator flashes, and Naomi enters the series of commands that Seven has shown her, and the forcefield is maintained.
On the Bridge Kim reports: "She's blocking my commands."
Janeway: "Keep trying.
Meanwhile Seven, with a phaser rifle in her hands, orders: "Computer, lock onto my co-ordinates and initiate a site-to-site transport: Main Engineering."
Tuvok, phaser at the ready, arrives too late - Seven has beamed out.

When Seven materialises in Engineering, Torres is puzzled at her appearance and with a phaser rifle. "Seven?"
Seven: "Sorry." She stuns Torres and the other engineer there.

On the Bridge Kim reports: "We've got phaser fire in Engineering."
Janeway: "Janeway to security."
In engineering Seven orders: "Computer, erect a level 10 forcefield around engineering. Lock out the command controls with Borg encryption code 294."
On the Bridge Paris reports: "Seven's tapping into the engine manifold. She's trying to shut down impulse drive."
Tuvok and his security team enter engineering but are blocked by the Borg forcefield. "Bridge," reports Tuvok via comms, "she has erected another forcefield. It'll require several minutes to deactivate it."

On the Bridge Janeway asks: "Where is she exactly?"
Kim: "Engineering console 16 beta. Captain?"
Janeway: "I'm sending an EM surge to that station. Seven's going into stasis whether she likes it or not."

The EM surge hits Seven and she falls to the ground, unconscious.
Tuvok: "She's down, Captain."
Paris to Janeway: "Captain, we're at the threshold."
Janeway to Paris: "Take us in."

Janeway: "Report."
Paris: "It's just spatial turbulence."
Janeway: "It's beautiful. Steady as she goes."
Voyager enters the wormhole.....but it is really the large anomaly that swallowed Qatai's ship!
