Usual headings throughout the section MEDICAL LOGS are as follows. Headings appear within the entry for each episode as appropriate and in the most appropriate order for the episode:

It is obvious that records would be updated after a medical incident, whether or not such updates are mentioned in an episode, therefore that part of the administration is not noted in this article except in particular circumstances.

The Star Trek Contextual Medical Glossary deals with certain medical equipment, pharmaceuticals and protocols which occur in other Star Trek as well as [Voyager] but omitting [Enterprise] which aired after [Voyager]. This enables items to be seen in the context of the history of the (Star Trek) universe and the broader context of Starfleet Medical.

Screenshots by me (as normal on the site). A large number of screenshots appear also in SHIP'S LOGS, but many are new to the site. Some are similar to ones in SHIP'S LOGS (Episode Guides and/or Episode Synopses) but are not identical and often are bigger.
