MEDICAL REPORT:

In the past, Ensign Wildman and the Doctor worked on a neural agent that would incapacitate the Vidiians without harming the crew. Kes arrives in the past when Voyager has been in the Delta Quadrant only 56 days and 17 hours. Shortly after her arrival, the Doctor admits to knowing Wildman is pregnant two weeks into the journey. He found out while performing her annual physical. He also knows the child is female and since she is half-Ktarian, the gestation period will be nearly double that of a human.

MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION:

The Doctor notes that medical protocol supersedes the captain's authority in matters of doctor-patient confidentiality.
