The theft by Tau and his forces from Voyager of equipment including the Doctor's mobile emitter includes the primary biobed, necessitating a replacement biobed which is seen in later episodes.

DOCTOR'S LOG:
The Doctor is confined to Sickbay for the duration of this story since his mobile emitter is stolen by Tau who uses it to project the stolen Voyager hologram of Leonardo da Vinci.
MOBILE EMITTER:
There is a button on the mobile emitter which freezes the holoprogram contained, in this instance holo-Leonardo. Tuvok freezes the program and shortly afterwards Janeway re-activates it.

Voyager must be 500 kilometres from a planet surface to lock on successfully to the mobile emitter and transport it onto the ship.
MEDICAL REPORT:
Most of Seven's implants are stable but her optical interface is misaligned again. She has been missing some of her weekly maintenance check-ups with the Doctor.
