DOCTOR'S LOG:

In Los Angeles in 1996, computer mogul Henry Starling is using technology from the 29th century Federation timeship Aeon which he stole. The Voyager crew try to beam up the timeship, but Starling converts the transporter beam into a downlink thereby enabling him not only to prevent the timeship beam up but to steal 20 per cent of Voyager's computer files including the Doctor's program. As a result the Doctor is transferred to Starling's office.

OTHER:

While at the beach, Tuvok refuses Paris' suggestion that he take off his shirt so as to avoid risking dermal dysplasia, a medical skin disorder caused by an over-exposure of the epidermis to hazardous levels of thermal and ultraviolet radiation.
