MORGUE RECORD:

When the rebel Q, who takes the name Quinn on becoming mortal, commits suicide and dies in Sickbay, he does so using poison (Nogatch hemlock) supplied by Q. Replicators do not produce fatal poisons, and the Doctor says that he does not keep them in storage. It is not known what method of disposal is used upon Quinn's dead body.
