DOCTOR'S LOG:

At one point in the wee small hours, the Doctor helps Torres toward solving the problem she has been working on - finding a compatible power source to repair a damaged robot which the crew found floating in space.

Torres replaces the robot's plasma with reconstituted warp plasma. She modifies a series of anodyne relays and attaches them directly to the robot's power module to act as a regulator that will make the warp plasma compatible with the robot's energy matrix.

OTHER MEDICAL DATA:

The Doctor says that a blood transfusion from a Vulcan to a Bolian would kill the unfortunate Bolian. However, there have been instances when artificial blood was unavailable and blood cells were genetically altered for interspecies transfusions.

MEDICAL REPORT:

Torres is injured in the attack by the Cravic Automated Personnel Units against the starship of the Pralor Automated Personnel Units on which Torres is held prisoner. During the Pralor APUs' attack, injuries are reported all over the ship which presumably the Doctor (possibly aided by Kes) deal with although the treatment is not seen on the television screen.

DOCTOR'S QUOTE:

To Torres who visits Sickbay wearing her nightwear: "May I assume your haste is an indication that you have a medical problem of some kind."
