MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION:

The standard 15-501 Crew Personnel Report is usually transmitted to Starfleet medical by an alien world's government so that there is a record of the physiological make-up of crewmembers from new species. Customarily it is the ship's doctor's responsibility to update the medical database on additions to the crew. The Doctor only now discovers that the crew of another ship (Chakotay and his Maquis crew) have joined Voyager's crew, as to date no one has updated the medical database to inform the Doctor that Kes, Neelix and the Maquis are on board, even though he has met some of these people recently.

MEDICAL REPORT:

When Kes' latent psychic abilities begin to manifest themselves and she and Neelix visit the Doctor about them, he suggests that the reawakening of her mental capabilities may be due to the biological adjustments the body makes for the requirements of life in space. Although Janeway receives a head wound during the protest at the polaric energy plant and Paris is later shot by Ny Terla, the injuries are erased when the timeline resets.

DOCTOR'S QUOTE:

To Kes: "Go home, get a good night's sleep and drink plenty of fluids. Everybody should drink plenty of fluids."

Neelix and Kes visit the Doctor and he learns that they and another ship's crew have joined Voyager
